For example land and or homes on Harmon Williams road in west Mobile cannot be sold unless it’s 5 acres or more. Always, and a I stress always make sure to have a SURVEY! surveys cover many issues that may arise before and after the sale. Land on the south end of Harmon Williams road, that borders the creek of Big Creek Lake is owned by private Land owners, and at the south section corner of (8/9/& 16/17) the creek property is owned by the school board known as 16th section land until it reaches Mississippi.
